When a person requires a "CRANIAL HAIR PROSTHESIS" (wig) while undergoing Alopecia or cancer-related therapy, they may be eligible for reimbursement under their health insurance plan. Most insurance companies will cover from 80% to 100 % of a cranial prosthesis.
